Shopping with Nasalume
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when you order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or have the appropriate authorization. Our store is hosted by Shopify; your purchase is from RED LEMON COMMV, not from Shopify.
Products and safe use
Nasalume is a rechargeable nasal mask with red LEDs, adjustable ear loops and three warmth settings. Read and follow the supplied manual, including charging, session and care instructions, before use. Website content does not replace those instructions or individualized medical advice. We do not promise a cure or a particular health outcome.
Product images illustrate the item; screen settings can affect its appearance. The product description and options shown when you order form part of your purchase information.
Prices, bundles and payment
The applicable currency, item prices, discounts and final total are displayed before you place your order. Any applicable taxes or delivery charges collected by us are shown at checkout. Bundle discounts apply to the qualifying items and quantities displayed with the offer. Optional extras must be selected by you. An advertised offer does not change an order already accepted unless we agree otherwise.
If a material pricing, stock or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Orders and delivery
You will receive an order confirmation after submitting your order. We may contact you where information or payment verification is needed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled items.
Orders are finished and dispatched within 3 days. Delivery time varies by destination. Free standard shipping is available to our supported destinations, as shown at checkout. See our Shipping policy for details and tracking help.
Returns, refunds and guarantees
You can notify us of a return request within 14 days of delivery. Our Return and refund policy explains the process, condition requirements, refund timing, exchanges and your statutory rights. Mandatory rights relating to faulty goods, delivery and cancellation are not excluded by these terms.
Optional Package Protection
The €4.95 Package Protection add-on provides replacement of lost or damaged deliveries through Nasalume. It is optional. You retain your statutory delivery and product rights without purchasing it. Contact info@redlemon.be for help with a delivery issue.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or use it to violate another person’s rights. Website content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping; other uses of protected content require permission or a legal basis.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to review or change your consent choices. Third-party websites reached through our links apply their own terms and privacy notices.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, statutory remedies for non-delivery, faulty goods or misleading product information continue to apply.

We may update these terms for future use and orders, showing the revision date above. The terms applicable when you place your order continue to govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
